DIANOZ Pro Nozzle

The DIANOZ Pro Nozzle is a professional diamond-reinforced 3D printer nozzle designed for users who demand maximum durability, thermal performance, and print consistency. By combining a stainless steel body with a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tip and diamond-reinforced filament channel, the DIANOZ Pro nozzle eliminates the traditional trade-off between wear resistance and heat conductivity.

Unlike brass, steel, or ruby nozzles, the DIANOZ Pro Nozzle has very high thermal conductivity and high wear resistance. It’s 3X harder than ruby (corundum), has 4X better thermal conductivity than brass, and has a heat-resistance up to 550° C, allowing it to maintain dimensional stability at high temperatures.
