At Slice Engineering, we stand behind the precision and quality of our thermal management solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible components in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensitive electronic components and hardware are protected against static and transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
